Job Overview

We are seeking experienced MEP Construction Managers and Construction Field Superintendents to join our dynamic team, with a relocation opportunity to. These roles are pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Hyperscale construction projects. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in construction management, site supervision, and technical expertise in interpreting detailed drawings and schematics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale projects, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results within schedule and budget parameters. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional management skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of MEP construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid software to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation teams effectively.
Supervise field personnel, manage subcontractors, and oversee daily operations to maintain productivity and quality control.
Monitor project progress through regular site inspections; identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with federal construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
Collaborate with project teams on contract administration, change orders, and cost control measures.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Oversee construction estimating processes including budgeting and resource planning.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify work meets industry standards; interpret technical data for troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily reports.
Lead efforts in construction drawing review; ensure all work aligns with design intent before installation.

Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale MEP or heavy civil construction projects with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera (P6), HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project planning, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and use testing instruments such as ohmmeters.
Familiarity with federal safety regulations including OSHA standards; experience conducting safety audits is preferred.
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Experience supervising subcontractors and managing multiple trade disciplines simultaneously.
Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-hour or higher are highly desirable.
