Duties

Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy and integrity
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
