Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to maximize ROI.
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Implement conversion optimization tactics by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance campaign performance.
Coordinate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visual content.
Maintain proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms for website updates and blog management.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to refine messaging and improve performance metrics.
Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook Business Manager for social media management campaigns.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems like WordPress or similar CMS tools.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and techniques for lead nurturing in a professional environment.
Ability to analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.
