Accounting/Bookkeeper

Brickyard Auto Parts, a division of NIKI D’ATRI ENTERPRISES INC., is seeking a skilled Accounting/Bookkeeper to manage essential financial operations and provide support for key administrative tasks. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a family-owned company, we are pleased to offer our employees a competitive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Position Summary:

The Accounting/Bookkeeper will handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and account reconciliation. This position supports the company's daily operations by maintaining accurate records, managing contracts, and assisting with inventory coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

· Accounts Payable Processing (reconciling purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, statements, printing checks, and account maintenance).

· Accounts Receivable Processing (invoice customers, process payments, apply payments, pull back-up, and file paperwork/documentation).

· Invoicing (scrap, freight).

· SAGE experience a plus.

· Willingness to learn industry specific software application.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience

· Willingness to learn and keen attention to detail are required.

· Must be a good record-keeper for real-time reporting and communication.

· Proficiency with email in Outlook, Word, Excel and 10-key skills are a plus.
