Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Schedule Leadership: Oversee daily practice operations, optimize patient scheduling, and maintain a seamless workflow across the practice.
Team Empowerment: Train, mentor, and inspire staff through clear communication, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Financial & Revenue Cycle Management: Manage practice financials, oversee insurance claims and billing, monitor KPIs, handle basic business accounting, and drive strategies for annual growth.
Elevate Patient Experience: Champion a warm, responsive, patient-centric atmosphere where every individual feels valued from arrival to check-out.
Treatment & Financial Presentations: Present treatment plans, financial estimates, and payment options to patients clearly and empathetically.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience managing a dental practice.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on confidence and proficiency with Open Dental software required.
Business Acumen: Solid foundation in business accounting and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding and active application of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
