Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Law Firm Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle client interactions, and ensure clean office spaces. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for clients and support the overall efficiency of our legal team.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, establishing a professional and friendly first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls appropriately
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for attorneys and staff
Handle light cleaning tasks
Maintain organized office supplies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone or in person
Handle minor errands for team building events and scheduling maintenance as needed for office repairs
Requirements
Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management
Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred but not required

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
