Front Desk / Patient Care CoordinatorRenew Aesthetic Clinic

Portland & Beaverton, Oregon

Renew Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and service-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating exceptional client experiences. As the first and last person our patients interact with, you will play a vital role in representing the Renew brand and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communications
Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software
Check patients in and out efficiently
Assist patients with treatment recommendations, memberships, and retail products
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support providers and clinical staff with daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Help achieve clinic goals through outstanding service and patient relationship building

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or aesthetic industry experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best
