This role is ideal for the energized, highly motivated Regional Assisted Living Sales leader with multiple community experience and a proven history of mentoring, motivating, and maximizing sales teams. only 3 days in the communities, you determine your schedule.

Oversee Sales & Marketing operations within 10 luxury Assisted Living communities
Must have at least 3 years of multiple community Assisted Living Sales leadership experience
MA market
experience strongly preferred
Support and develop vibrant, proven Sales & Marketing teams
Drive occupancy growth, census stabilization, and lease-up performance
Weekly travel required — must be physically present in NJ/PA communities a minimum of 3–days weekly
Company may support weekly travel home for truly exceptional candidates
NOT 100% REMOTE

Stable, polished, beautifully designed, and highly respected in the market, this community delivers an elite hospitality-focused resident experience.
