Territory: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties, including Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Plantation, Sunrise, Coral Springs, and Pompano Beach.

Compensation: $77,000–$82,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Comprehensive Benefits

Spectrum Support Services is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our partnerships throughout South Florida. This is not a traditional sales position.

What You will Do
Business Development
- Develop new business relationships throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships.
- Promote Spectrum's staffing, recruiting, consulting, and equine services.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.
Client & Community Relationships

Become a trusted advisor by identifying workforce challenges and delivering customized staffing and recruitment solutions.
Strategic Growth
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Identify emerging market opportunities throughout healthcare, education, behavioral health, nonprofit, and equine industries.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Represent Spectrum at conferences, networking events, provider meetings, trade shows, and community events.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent Business Development experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of successful outside sales, business development, provider relations, healthcare staffing, educational staffing, or strategic partnership experience.
- Proven success generating new business and growing existing accounts.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout South Florida.
