Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Social Workers, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) with proper credentials and experience in psychiatric care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health support across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient units, assisted living facilities, and telehealth platforms. A Master's degree is mandatory for Social Workers or Mental Health specialists. MUST BE Russian speaking candidates.

Conduct thorough psychological assessments and patient evaluations utilizing clinical interview techniques and diagnostic tools such as ICD-10 coding systems.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including psychopharmacology and behavioral health interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Utilize EMR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner to document patient interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards.
Engage in telehealth consultations to extend mental health services remotely, ensuring accessibility for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience

Proven experience working with individuals across age groups including children (working with children), toddlers (toddler care), neonates (neonatal ventilator), and seniors (geriatrics).
Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health settings such as inpatient psychiatric units or outpatient clinics.
Familiarity with medical office procedures including medical documentation, CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology.
Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and patient tracking.

Pay: $55,203.75 - $66,481.93 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rego Park, NY 11374
