Full Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Biller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to the smooth administrative and financial operations of our dealership. The Accounting Clerk will play a vital part in managing daily monetary transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts handling, and supporting overall accounting functions. If you have an interest and/or experience in accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, please apply today. Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and accurately record bank deposits, ensuring all funds received are properly documented and reconciled within the financial system.
Support the finance team in sales documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Process and track F&I (Finance & Insurance) product payments and cancellations, maintaining up-to-date records that reflect customer agreements and dealership offerings.
Assist in automotive billing tasks and title experience; also to work to provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.
Scan in all accounting and finance documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within an automotive dealership.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
