Full Job Description

Oversee daily operations of all stabilization homes within assigned regions.
Supervise regional associate directors, field supervisors, and operational support staff.
Ensure consistency in service delivery across homes.
Monitor occupancy, admissions, discharges, and transition activities.
Ensure adequate staffing patterns and coverage.
Support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and workforce development efforts.
Monitor overtime, vacancy rates, and staff utilization,
Collaborate with leadership to develop succession plans.
Manage regional budgets and operational expenditures.
Monitor regional costs, transportation expenses, and program resources.
Ensure compliance with CILA licensing requirements, DHS regulations, and IAG policies.
Monitor completion of required training and DSP CEs.
Participate in audits, licensing reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
Ensure corrective action plans are implemented and monitored. Oversee health and safety initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on critical incidents.
Ensure homes are operated in a manner that ensures individuals are living the lives they desire.
Lead in such a way as to maximize the independence of individuals and to maintain their rights according to IAG policy and the Department of Human Services regulations.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Implementation Strategies (IS) and Behavior Support Program (BSP) of individuals.
Oversee implementation of services and supports following the prescribed methods and techniques from the IS and BSP.
In conjunction with the Staffing Coordinator, oversee and coordinate schedules of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and find coverage for planned absences and call-offs as needed.
Approve time off and overtime requests.
Collect and review allocation sheets of DSP 3s, House Managers, and DSPs.
Maintain monthly attendance and one-to-one billing and submit all required documents on time and in compliance with DHS regulations.
Develop training schedules for new hires.
Monitor staff’s delivery of services and support, examining methods and techniques used relative to each individual’s IS and BSP.
Review documentation from staff to ensure timeliness, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services.
Provide ongoing training for Direct Support Professionals as needed.
Communicate with the Regional Clinical Director, Community Integration Supports (CIS) director, QIDP, staff, and other identified people as appropriate.
Reinforce proper behavior, language, and social patterns to improve or increase the independent functioning of individuals.

· Responds to crises as required or assigned.

Ensure that monthly drills and audits are conducted and submitted according to procedures.
Conduct monthly director audits of homes.
Ensure follow-up is completed from all Corporate Audits.
Oversee maintenance personnel.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Human Services field
Minimum of two years of directly related work experience.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.

· Must possess current automobile insurance.

· Must be over 25 to operate an agency vehicle.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Possess strong interpersonal skills for interactions with supervisors, coworkers, individuals, and outside personnel.

· Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with supervisor, coworkers, individuals, and outside personnel.

· Follow procedures for delivery of instructional, training, and support services.

· Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate implementation of each designated individual’s needs, goals, interventions and supports.

· Complete required record-keeping with accuracy.

· Efficient use of time, materials, and human resources.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
