Telehealth Physician (Remote | Full-Time | No On-Call) Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Join Belle, a fast-growing healthcare provider bringing innovative in-home and virtual care to seniors. Our mission is simple: improve health outcomes while making care more accessible and joyful. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, preventive-focused care through telehealth.

What You’ll Do

Provide routine telehealth visits with Medicare patients (E/M and Chronic Care Management)
Create and manage personalized care plans for ongoing conditions
Collaborate with our integrated care team (nurse case managers, NPs, CHWs)
Ensure thorough documentation in our EHR and compliance with quality measures
Engage patients in preventive care to reduce avoidable complications

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Missouri License - residence not required
1+ year of physician experience in family medicine or internal medicine
Active medical license — multi-state licensure a plus
Experience in preventive care, senior health, or chronic condition management is a plus
Comfortable practicing via telehealth and using EHR systems is a plus
Experience providing preventive virtual care is a plus
