The Role

As a Front of House Manager at Duke's, you are the standard-bearer for the guest experience and the culture of your location. You lead by example, develop your team, and take full ownership of the environment on your floor. You are not just managing a shift — you are building relationships, setting the tone, and making sure every single guest walks out the door feeling better than when they walked in.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of Front of House management experience in high-volume, upscale casual or full-service restaurants
A genuine leader — someone who leads by example, earns respect through actions, and holds their team accountable with both high standards and genuine care
Strong coaching and development skills — you invest in your people and take pride in watching them grow
Exceptional guest instincts — you can read a room, anticipate needs, and recover gracefully when things don't go as planned
A calm, decisive presence under pressure — someone who raises the energy of the room, not the anxiety
Commitment to transparency, integrity, and consistent communication up and down the chain
A passion for food, hospitality, and the Pacific Northwest — this isn't just a job to you
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
