Full Job Description

Accounts Payable / Receivable / Payroll Clerk

Bellingham Ford is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Payroll Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting the dealership's accounting and administrative operations.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Starting Pay

$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule

Responsibilities

Process and maintain accounts payable invoices and payments
Assist with accounts receivable and daily accounting transactions
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping information
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end procedures
Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy
Post payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
Communicate with vendors and employees regarding account or payroll questions
Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
Assist the accounting department with daily administrative tasks
Protect confidential financial and employee information
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or general accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication and customer-service skills
Automotive dealership or DMS experience is a plus, but not required
