Job description

Our growing property management company is seeking a positive, highly motivated, and self-driven Accounts Payable Clerk for our fast-paced accounting department. Previous accounts payable/accounting experience is a must.

Responsibilities

· Receive and verify invoices
· Compare invoices to purchase orders & work orders for accuracy

· Compare invoices to account history, ensuring abnormalities are caught early-on
· Upload and enter invoices into accounting system
· Track expenses and ensure accurate billing
· Flag and rectify inaccurate or questionable invoices
· Coordinate with all department teams and managers
· Establish and maintain vendor accounts
· Maintain organized and accurate files
· Prepare scheduled account reports
· Prepare check runs
· Various other duties as needed/assigned

Required Skills

Required Knowledge

· GL Accounts

Experience:

· 3+ year Accounts Payable/related accounting experience required
· Minimum typing speed of 60wpm required
· 10-Key required
· AppFolio experience is a plus
