Full Job Description

POSITION: AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP OFFICE MANAGER

Salary Range $65,000.00-$125,000.00 Based on Experience

Hours-Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

If you’re a well-organized team player with previous automotive bookkeeping experience, we want you to join our team!

Office Manager Job Requirements:

- Previous dealership experience is required

- Must be able to balance large volume accounts

- Must be able to work independently and with a team

- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multitask

- Must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral

- Must be able to learn quickly, be adaptable and handle a demanding environment

The office manager must be able to:

- Prepare a monthly financial statement with dealership & manufacturer’s guidelines

- Ensure manufacturer accounts include warranty claims, rebates, interest & protection

- Manage documents, time records, vehicle deals, commissions & changes to inventory

- Maintain manufacturer co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate

- Guarantee employee files are documented & processed accurately

- Ensure compliance with all government regulations

- Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable

- Prepare sales and payroll tax reports
