Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and communication skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organized filing systems both digitally and physically.
Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence with excellent attention to detail.
Support office management activities including inventory tracking, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive client interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or reception roles, preferably with office management or clerical experience.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer service.
Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
