Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food safety, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while meeting dietary and nutritional standards
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
Coordinate with catering and banquet services to deliver seamless events that exceed client expectations
Oversee shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet operational demands while maintaining high morale
Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and maximizing profitability through effective food management
Implement training programs for staff development in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management
Extensive banquet experience with a track record of managing large-scale catering events
Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and HACCP protocols
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations oversight
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house staff and suppliers effectively
Hands-on cooking skills complemented by experience in food service management and hospitality industry standards
Familiarity with bartending, food handling, and serving procedures is a plus
