Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team that offers growth opportunities. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions across our entire store by supporting both administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of productivity software. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized legacy business and workplace environment while providing exceptional support to staff and customers alike.

Duties

Utilize software tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Proprietary Jewelry software to prepare reports and documents
Inventory entry and control assistance.
Sorting and categorizing of gemstones.
Assist with customer communication and follow-up correspondence to enhance customer support
Provide exceptional support for entire Ken K. staff by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with Excel is desirable
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
