We are currently seeking talented and passionate culinary professionals to join our kitchen team as Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks. Key Responsibilities

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and a strong attention to presentation
Support daily mise en place and contribute to efficient, organized kitchen operations
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
Assist in the preparation and execution of service, including special events and catered experiences
Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation throughout all phases of service
Contribute to smooth service flow through clear communication and teamwork
Support inventory awareness and proper handling of all ingredients and kitchen equipment

Qualifications

Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting preferred; position level will align with experience
Strong foundation in cooking techniques, knife skills, and ingredient preparation
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
A collaborative mindset and a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
