Dietary Manager

Nightingale at Arkadelphia - Skilled Nursing Facility

Arkadelphia, Arkansas

Full-Time | Leadership Role | CDM Preferred

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and mission-driven Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department at Nightingale at Arkadelphia, a supportive and resident-focused skilled nursing facility. If you're passionate about serving seniors, managing kitchen operations, and building a strong dietary team, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role with a stable and growing organization.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily dietary operations, meal service, and kitchen workflow
Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate menus and diet orders with nursing and clinical teams
Train, coach, and supervise dietary staff
Maintain inventory, ordering, and accurate dietary documentation
Support a positive dining experience for all residents
Promote teamwork, accountability, and high standards of resident care

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Dietary Manager or in a healthcare dietary leadership role
CDM credential preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition guidelines, and regulatory standards
Skilled in staff supervision, communication, and organization
Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident service
Prior experience in skilled nursing or healthcare dietary operations required
