Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Rogers office. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office management tools to create a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. As the first point of contact for visitors, candidates should present a professional appearance and maintain business-appropriate attire.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing a professional first impression at all times.
Manage multi-line phone systems using Teams Systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
Utilize office software for various administrative tasks, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Support team with organization tasks.
Support financial processes, including invoicing and client billing for assigned partners.
Communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software applications.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
