Patient Experience & Outreach Coordinator — Full-Time

Veralux Health | Rogers, Arkansas

Veralux Health is Arkansas’s first dedicated whole-body preventive MRI screening center — physician-led, founder-driven, and built around helping people better understand their health.

We’re looking for a full-time Patient Experience & Outreach Coordinator who can be the warm, steady presence our patients meet first while also helping Veralux expand its presence throughout the Northwest Arkansas community.

This is a hands-on role. Most of your time will be spent caring for patients and helping the clinic run smoothly. You’ll also support community outreach and educational events, and the day-to-day execution of our social media presence.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and care for patients before, during, and after their visit, helping create a warm, polished, and highly personalized experience
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with scheduling
Help patients understand what to expect from their Veralux experience while appropriately directing medical questions to our clinical team
Help keep the clinic organized, tidy, and presentation-ready
Handle light tasks and routine supply ordering
Build and maintain relationships with local providers, businesses, wellness organizations, and community partners
Help coordinate physician-led workshops, educational events, community events, and speaking opportunities
Support community outreach and follow-up
Schedule and publish approved content across Veralux social channels using established brand guidelines
Assist with basic Canva educational materials and occasional photo/video capture at the center or during events
Work collaboratively with our physicians, Imaging Director, and outside content/marketing partners

Who We’re Looking For

The right person is:

Calm and professional when priorities shift or several things need attention at once
Comfortable with learning new technology, including basic EMR and social media
Interested in preventive health, wellness, education, and community engagement

Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, concierge service, community outreach, events, or high-touch customer service is preferred but not required.

Experience with social media scheduling, Canva, photography, or basic video capture is helpful. Professional video production or advanced editing experience is not required.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, primarily on-site at Veralux in Rogers, Arkansas
Occasional flexibility for community and educational events
$20–$25/hour, depending on experience
