Full Job Description

Position Summary

Sac Profloors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support our HR and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, employee support, and office administration.

The Human Resources Administrator will assist with bi-weekly hourly payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits support, HR recordkeeping, and daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, confidential, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees
Review timecards, attendance, and payroll data for accuracy
Track employee hours, sick time, vacation, and other time off
Assist with payroll corrections and employee payroll questions
Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
Work closely with management to ensure payroll deadlines are met

Human Resources Support

Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing new hire paperwork
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
Assist employees with benefit forms and general HR inquiries
Help coordinate open enrollment and employee communications
Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information
Support HR projects, compliance initiatives, and training programs

Administrative Support

Provide general office and administrative support to management
Answer phones, emails, and assist with internal communications
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and employee documentation
Organize and maintain company records and filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, and other office tasks

Benefits Support

· Enter new employees into Ease platform as part of the onboarding process

· Handle benefit issues that arise between employees and providers

· Support open enrollment administration and employee communications

· Maintain benefit records and payroll deductions related to benefits

· Coordinate new hire benefit eligibility and enrollment paperwork

Qualifications

Must have 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Human Resources experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with payroll systems or HRIS platforms
Experience working with hourly employees and timekeeping systems
Bilingual Spanish is required
Must possess valid driver’s license and insurable

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, type, and work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to move throughout the office as needed
