Job Summary

Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings, utilizing strong sales techniques when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through detailed data entry in our CRM system while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall client support processes.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity, maintaining proper documentation for financial exchanges.

Skills

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for clear client interactions.
Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
