Therapist – Full Caseload: Bethany | Midwest City | Moore | Community-Based

Actively hiring for our Bethany location. Part-time opportunities are currently available at the Bethany location only.

About Metro Family Therapy

Since 2015, Metro Family Therapy has been providing accessible, effective mental health services to individuals and families throughout Oklahoma. We are a growing, client-centered practice that uses an integrative approach to meet the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

Our systems are designed to support clinicians so you can focus on what you do best: providing quality therapy. We provide strong administrative and operational support, consistent referral volume, and the structure needed to build and maintain a successful caseload.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated therapists who are ready to work in a structured, full-caseload environment. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value consistent client referrals, administrative support, and the opportunity to focus on clinical care without the responsibilities of owning and operating a private practice.

Due to our strong referral volume and scheduling support, providers are typically able to establish and maintain a consistent caseload.

Opportunities are available in office-based and community-based settings.

Compensation & Employment Structure

Licensed Providers: 1099 contracted/commission-based position with compensation of 65–75% per billable service
Provisionally Licensed or Licensure Candidates: W-2 hourly position at $40 per billable hour

Role Expectations

Successful therapists are expected to:

Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, based on client needs and scheduling availability
Complete required clinical documentation within 7 days of the date of service
Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date clinical documentation and scheduling
Contact new clients promptly, generally within 2 business days of receiving an assignment, to initiate engagement and scheduling
Provide effective, ethical, and professional services to a diverse client population
Demonstrate reliability, strong time management, and consistent follow-through
Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other members of the treatment team
Work collaboratively in a structured, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Current Oklahoma licensure or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure/candidacy, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or a related credential
Comfort using technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Access to a reliable laptop for documentation and clinical responsibilities
