Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Capture Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will lead the capture process for new business opportunities, utilizing your robust project management and business development skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the capture process for new business opportunities, from identification to proposal submission
- Develop and implement capture strategies to win new contracts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals
- Manage the proposal development process, including coordinating resources and ensuring deadlines are met
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage capture activities
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contract terms with potential clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in capture management or related roles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic planning abilities to develop effective capture strategies
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track and manage capture activities
- Experience in business development and sales is highly desirable
