Full Job Description

The Paramount Brand Manager position is designed to grow and improve all salons in their brand's network productivity by providing business growth support and excellent product knowledge training. In addition, the role will provide salons with knowledge of all brand initiatives and development programs.

Outside Sales Brand Mangement (Beauty) Core Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the brand within a defined region and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the state of the business.
Recruit, open and cultivate new salons in accordance with the brand
Enroll salons in the most appropriate model for their business
Develop a 90-day plan including education, sales, and business initiatives.
Present new salons, including investments, for sales director to approve.
Receive and service all in-coming leads in the territory within 48 hours.
Educate and coach salons on inventory and merchandising requirements ensuring that appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
Ensure retail schematics are implemented.
Adhere to the brands budget guidelines
Develop and submit a market penetration plan complete with full penetration exposure and target accounts in each market.
Commit to a thorough knowledge of the brand's products, philosophy, and programs and be able to demonstrate the benefits of each.
Train and coach ‘High Touch’ training, designed to increase sell-through and growth within their existing business.
Demonstrate and conduct effective salon meetings and training sessions for the market.
Maintain and develop a very close relationship with your accounts
Work closely with your Sales Director to execute quarterly strategy sessions pertaining to sales results, education initiatives, marketing campaigns, and salon growth.
Timely completion and submission of paperwork.
Utilize key benchmarks to identify high-risk accounts to avoid closures.
Promote, sell and ensure attendance of all educational events in the market
Assist, when necessary, with in-salon education programs
Other duties as assigned.

Dynamic public speaking skills with the ability to read an audience and change presentation style accordingly.
Affluent in Microsoft office, including excel, powerpoint, and word.

Pay: $50,229.21 - $60,491.09 per year
