Full Job Description

Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive bonus opportunities and growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and setting appointments for our Design Consultants.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations
Average 20-25 calls per hour
Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM
Provide exceptional service at all times
Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications
Perform other tasks, as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Available to work some evenings and weekend
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Call Center Experience
Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated
Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential
Strong verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
Willingness to undergo a Background Check

This role is based in an Inside Sales Call Center, where you will be responsible for calling customers to schedule in-home appointments. Are you comfortable with this type of outbound/inbound call center work?
