Our boutique estate planning and probate practice focuses on trust and estate planning and administration, including conservatorships, guardianships, probate (estate and trust) litigation, corporate matters, and fiduciary services.

An ideal candidate joining our firm will enjoy working independently and as part of a team; be self-motivated with a strong work ethic; be analytical and curious; and have a solution-oriented disposition.

Qualifications for all roles:

Legal Experience: Familiarity with Massachusetts probate and fiduciary rules (court procedures, accounting requirements, and the like).
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel, Outlook) and Clio (client management system).
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask on short-terms and long-term projects simultaneously; ability to work in fast-paced environment.

ADMINISTRATOR: Bookkeeper/Accountant (remote position):
We seek a bookkeeper/accountant whose primary responsibility will be to prepare and maintain probate accountings (both estate/conservatorship-style (Schedules A, B, and C), and trust-style (Schedules A, B, C, D, E, and F). The ideal candidate will also prepare Probate Court pleadings relative to Inventories, Accounts, Petition for Allowance of Accounts, and other related pleadings.

Although the position is primarily remote, occasional in-office appearances will be necessary so geographic proximity to the office is also necessary.
