Entry-Level Clean Room Assemblers – Immediate Hiring in Beverly, MA

Location: Beverly, MA

Pay Range:

$19 per hour – Evening Shift (2nd shift)

$17 per hour – Morning Shift (1st shift)

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM (4 days x 10 hours schedule, 3-day weekends)

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Experience Required: None – training provided

Industry: Medical device manufacturing

Aerotek is hiring multiple Entry-Level Clean Room Assemblers in Beverly, MA. These positions offer hands-on experience in a controlled clean room environment, supporting the production of precision medical devices.

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive handwork, this is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing.

Available Position: Clean Room Assembler

Responsibilities:

Assemble medical components using thread and a sewing needle
Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision in a clean room
Follow detailed work instructions and GMP guidelines
Use small hand tools with good manual dexterity
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area

Requirements:

No experience required
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Reliability and good attendance
Willingness to follow clean room and quality procedures
