We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium multi-service medi-spa, specializing in facial rejuvenation, facial tightening, wrinkle-relaxing injectables, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments using cutting-edge technology.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional RN Cosmetic Injector to join our dynamic medical aesthetics team in a PT capacity (2-3 days per week). At our clinic, we are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring every patient receives a thorough consultation to provide the safest, most effective treatments with outstanding results.

Our philosophy is centered on building genuine relationships with each client, understanding their individual goals, and customizing treatment plans to not only meet but exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about medical aesthetics, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing personalized care that enhances both client satisfaction and confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a full range of medical aesthetic procedures within professional scope, including anti-aging treatments, skin tightening and laser treatments, Botox, dermal fillers, and cosmetic consultations.
Educate and assess clients on pre- and post-procedure care, providing expertise on medical-grade skincare and developing customized treatment plans.
Follow protocols and accurately document all procedures in medical charts.
Maintain and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each use.
Recommend and guide clients on medical-grade skincare products tailored to their needs.
Demonstrate strong retail skills, including up-selling and cross-selling of products and treatments.
Achieve weekly and monthly treatment sales targets, as well as monthly retail sales goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering professional, personalized care at all times.
Conduct genuine follow-up with clients, including callbacks and retention strategies.
Cross-refer clients to additional aesthetic treatments offered within the clinic to support comprehensive care.

Energetic, considerate, and intentional in their actions, contributing positively to a team-focused environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or NP) with current, active license in good standing with the governing body
2+ years of injecting experience in the aesthetics industry
Current, up-to-date CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Personal cell phone preferred for work-related communication
Participation in industry training and continuing education events
Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms is an asset
