Job Overview
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping brides find their dream wedding attire and accessories. This position requires a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert guidance throughout the selection process.

Duties

Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that match their vision and style.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase various styles and fits.
Maintain an organized stock of bridal attire and accessories, ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle payments efficiently.
Supervise fitting appointments, ensuring that each bride receives personalized attention during fittings.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate appointments and manage inventory.
Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in a bridal or formal wear setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Experience with product demos to effectively showcase merchandise.
Ability to supervise fitting sessions, providing guidance and support to both clients and staff.
Familiarity with stock management practices in a retail environment, such as grocery stores or similar settings.
