Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning.
Lead the planning and implementation of integrated campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
Utilize SEO tools, keyword research, and analytics to enhance organic search visibility and improve website traffic through content optimization and technical SEO practices.
Oversee content management systems like WordPress and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Manage performance marketing efforts by analyzing campaign data using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling graphic design materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop that support campaign objectives.
Drive conversion optimization initiatives by testing landing pages, improving user experience through HTML, CSS, JavaScript enhancements, and refining call-to-action strategies.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement in B2B or e-commerce environments.
Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, social media management, and e-commerce to keep strategies innovative and competitive.

Skills

Extensive experience with SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and content management systems such as WordPress.
Proven ability in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter; skilled in Facebook Advertising campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and performance marketing analytics.
Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website optimization; familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
Creative skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; adept at content creation including copywriting for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to enhance email marketing efforts and lead nurturing processes.
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making; experience with analytics tools is essential.
Excellent communication skills with a talent for leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
