Full Job Description

The Role

Amphenol Military High Speedis seeking an Executive Assistant to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Endicott, NY. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executives - managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities. This role requires exceptional discretion and confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and assist with executive meetings, conference calls, lunches, off-site meetings, and special events
Help coordinate company vehicle scheduling
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other business documents as needed
Assist in drafting professional correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership
Coordinate PO Requisitions between Purchasing and the Controller
Order department office supplies
Assist with expediting and tracking Capital Appropriation Requests and Lease Forms
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of integrity
Represent the GM's office with professionalism and discretion
Requires some domestic travel (approximately 5%)
Other duties as needed

Endicott, NY

Pay: $60,000 - $85,000 estimated annual base

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Executive Assistant at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

High school degree required; college degree preferred
4 or more years related office experience required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Strong time managementand organizational skills required
