Executive Director

Location: Clinton Twp, MI 48036

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Clinton Township, Michigan. The Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing daily operations, and ensuring the organization’s mission and goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative

Facilitate relationships with other professionals, consultants, and organizations to develop and coordinate agency growth
Supervise daily, develop, educate and evaluate agency staff according to professional standards
Implement and maintain agency policies, procedures and manuals
Monitor risk management and company efficiencies
Ensure that the agency maintains compliance and is in good standing with local, state and federal law, accreditations, licensures, and certifications.
The executive director will be available during operating hours and non business hours to handle or delegate emergencies and issues.
Participate in community and customer relation activities to represent the agency in a positive manner

Clinical RN

Assume responsibility and accountability for the delivery of industry recognized home care nursing and health related services to the agency's patients to include catastrophically injured, Medicare and senior home care patients.
Perform starts of care visits and establish care plans, perform supervisory nursing visits while monitoring patient care
Communicate with the agency's patients, their families, case managers, physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in the agencies Quality Assurance program, including chart audits
Maintain all state required education and licensure for Registered Nurse, participating in at least six educational events per year.
Obtain CCM within one year of employment and maintain it thereafter.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; in Heatlhcare or Business Administration.
Active RN license in the state of MI
Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, homecare.
Proven track record in fundraising, financial management, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and build consensus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Knowledge of local community resources and networks in Clinton Township and the surrounding areas is a plus.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
