Social Worker (CBRS & Case Management)

Location: Idaho
Pay: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time (30 hours/week to start, potential to increase to full-time 40 hours/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to provide Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) and Case Management for individuals with mental health needs.

You’ll help clients build skills, access resources, and work toward recovery and independence—all while collaborating with a caring, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide individual CBRS and case management services
Deliver crisis intervention and support
Use behavioral therapy techniques to address client-specific goals
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation (including ICD-10 coding)

Qualifications

Eligible to work as a Case Manager and CBRS provider under State of Idaho rules including necessary bachelor's or higher degree in related field.
Experience working with individuals experiencing severe mental health issues and crisis situations
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and recovery-based practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid Idaho driver’s license and reliable transportation required
