What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process while developing meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Meet with prospective clients through scheduled in-home appointments
Build trust and establish strong relationships through consultative conversations
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Create a positive customer experience from the first interaction through policy enrollment

Full-Cycle Sales Management

Conduct thorough needs assessments and coverage reviews
Present insurance products and explain coverage options clearly and confidently
Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally
Guide clients through the decision-making process and close new business
Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up process

Customer Service & Retention

Develop long-term relationships with clients
Provide ongoing support and policy reviews
Generate referrals through exceptional customer experiences
Represent the Farmers brand with professionalism and integrity

Performance & Growth

Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earnings: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually
