SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski Counties is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is an important front-office position that combines customer service, communication, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support.

As our Office Receptionist-Intake Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting customers with our production teams and helping ensure jobs are handled efficiently from the first call through follow-up.
Your responsibilities will include:

Answer incoming calls and provide professional, courteous customer service.

Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL) accurately and efficiently.

Dispatch lead calls and job referrals to the appropriate team members.

Coordinate production schedules and monitor job logistics.

Track pending leads and referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.

Maintain call documentation for weekly call log reporting.

Coordinate the on-call schedule and help maintain smooth coverage.

Greet visitors and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for the office.

Perform general administrative and office duties, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, tracking, and customer satisfaction activities.

Work with customers and internal teams to help ensure a positive customer experience.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Additional hours or flexibility may occasionally be required based on business needs.
This is primarily a sedentary office position. Some filing and office-related tasks are required, including the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend, and stand on a stool when necessary.
The Receptionist-Dispatcher is more than just a front-desk position. You are often the first person a customer speaks with when they need help. Your ability to listen, gather accurate information, communicate clearly, and coordinate the right resources can make a major difference in the customer's experience.

High school diploma or GED.

At least 2 years of business experience.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, and other contacts.

Ability to manage multiple calls, tasks, schedules, and follow-up items in a fast-paced office environment.

Associate's or bachelor's degree.

Previous experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.

Experience with dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office administration.
