Martin Wealth Solutions is looking for a highly organized, creative, and dependable Marketing & Content Production Coordinator to help us grow and manage our content, digital marketing, social media, YouTube, podcast, and online presence.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing, content creation, social media, video/podcast production, SEO, and digital marketing — but also understands that in a growing small business, everyone helps move the mission forward.

We are a financial planning and wealth management firm serving individuals and families who are approaching or entering retirement. Our goal is to help clients make smart decisions about retirement income, investments, taxes, healthcare, and legacy planning.

We are looking for someone who can help us tell that story more consistently.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Content Production Coordinator will support our marketing and content efforts across podcasts, YouTube, social media, email, website content, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and excited to become increasingly knowledgeable in the financial planning space over time.

This is not a pure creative role and not a pure administrative role. It is a blend of marketing coordination, content production support, digital marketing, SEO support, social media, and administrative follow-through.

Key Responsibilities: Content & Video Production Support

Assist with podcast and YouTube recording sessions
Help set up and reset the studio for recordings, including lights, microphones, cameras, and basic equipment checks
Maintain recording checklists and production schedules
Coordinate with video editors, designers, and internal team members
Help upload and publish YouTube videos and podcast episodes
Assist with YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and basic optimization
Organize video files, content assets, and production notes
Help repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and social media posts

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Schedule and coordinate social media posts across firm channels
Help maintain a monthly content calendar
Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and digital content
Track basic marketing metrics such as views, engagement, email performance, website traffic, and content performance
Help keep website and online content updated by coordinating with internal team members or outside vendors
Research content ideas relevant to retirement planning, wealth management, tax planning, Social Security, Medicare, and other client-focused topics

SEO & Website Support

Help improve the firm’s online visibility through consistent SEO and website support
Assist with keyword research for retirement planning, financial planning, wealth management, tax planning, Social Security, Medicare, and local search terms
Help draft or coordinate blog posts, website updates, landing pages, and educational content
Assist with basic on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content organization
Monitor website performance, search traffic, Google Business Profile activity, and other basic SEO metrics
Coordinate with website, SEO, or digital marketing vendors as needed
Help identify opportunities to turn podcast and video content into written website content

Niche Marketing Support

Assist with the firm’s niche-building efforts, including outreach and content related to direct primary care physicians
Help research target audiences, build contact lists, organize outreach, and track progress
Coordinate niche-specific content ideas, digital assets, and relationship-building efforts
Help organize notes, opportunities, and follow-up items related to niche growth

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support related to marketing, content, SEO, digital marketing, and firm growth initiatives
Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, calendars, project lists, and internal workflows
Help document repeatable processes and checklists
Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, and outside partners
Assist with other firm projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Creative, but also practical and execution-focused
Comfortable with basic video/audio equipment or willing to learn
Familiar with social media platforms, YouTube, websites, and basic digital marketing concepts
Interested in SEO, content marketing, and online lead generation
Able to write clear, professional, client-friendly content
Comfortable working in a professional financial services environment
Willing to learn about retirement planning, wealth management, and financial education
Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks

Experience & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content coordination, social media, SEO, digital marketing, video production, project coordination, or a related field preferred
Experience with YouTube, podcasting, social media scheduling, Canva, email marketing platforms, WordPress or website platforms, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or SEO tools is a plus
Basic understanding of video/audio production is helpful but not required
Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
Strong writing and editing skills preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field preferred but not required for the right candidate

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
