Position Summary

We are seeking an Aviation Services Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and energized by working in an aviation environment. This role manages the non-mechanical side of our operation: customer communication, billing, bookkeeping support, compliance recordkeeping, shipping, supplies, and tool calibration.

This person will support the Accountable Manager (President), Chief Inspector, Director of Maintenance, and the entire shop team. It’s a role for someone who thrives on keeping people and processes on track, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating order behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

Receive, sort, and route mail and packages; handle outgoing shipping.

Compliance & Recordkeeping

Work with the Chief Inspector and Maintenance Manager to organize Part 145 repair station records.

Post and maintain required regulatory signage and documents.

Customer & Team Communication

Provide timely updates to customers as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Serve as a support contact for technicians needing documents, tools, or supplies.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Primarily office-based inside a hangar environment.
