Full Job Description

Position Description:

The Repower Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for account follow-up and maintenance across the Repower Sales client base. This role owns two core functions: proactively reviewing and managing client accounts and contacts, and following up on open quotes through to close. Consistent, timely follow-up is critical in this industry - it keeps Repower top-of-mind with clients, closes the window competitors use to win business, and directly drives revenue by moving inactive contacts to active and pushing quotes toward a decision.

This position works closely with the Repower Sales Manager and the broader sales team, reporting daily on account activity and quote progress, and serves as a training ground for future account management and sales leadership roles within Repower.

Schedule & Location:

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday / In Office Troy MI

Standards of Performance: each is considered an essential function.

· Requires punctual and regular attendance – daily hours (8:00am–4:30pm). Time away from work is approved and taken in accordance with established policies.

· Always delivers excellent, timely follow-up to both external clients and internal sales team members, ensuring accounts and quotes are actively and accurately managed.

· Active participant in any scheduled meetings/huddles, including regular account review meetings

· Submits an accurate End-of-Day report to the Sales Manager

· Uses Salesforce CRM for reporting, updating and quoting

· Comfortable calling on clients and discussing what Repower offers

Essential Position Responsibilities:

· Client Account Reviews & Contact Management

▪ Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to review accounts in the Client Stage

▪ Prioritize accounts based on sales performance, declining activity, and overdue follow-ups

▪ Conduct account reviews covering: contact health, past-quarter sales performance, and quote win/loss rate

▪ Add or remove contacts from stock lists and maintain accurate Repower contact records in Salesforce

Quote Follow Up

▪ Track and advance quotes through each pipeline stage via phone and email.

▪ Identify and escalate quotes up against competition needing aggressive pricing.

Qualifications:

· Cooperative team player

· Prompt attendance at work

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test

· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
