Job Overview

Are you a Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine beyond the traditional primary care model?

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Lead Nurse Practitioner to help grow our rapidly expanding wellness and longevity practice in Livingston, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to become a clinical leader in a modern practice focused on optimizing health, not simply treating disease.

You'll work alongside experienced providers while helping patients transform their health through evidence-based hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV nutrition, regenerative wellness, and preventative medicine.

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments
Develop personalized treatment plans for:
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT)
Medical Weight Loss Programs
Peptide Therapy
Sexual Wellness
IV Vitamin Therapy
Iron Infusion Therapy
Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Provide ongoing follow-up care and patient education
Collaborate with our Medical Director on complex patient cases
Help establish clinical protocols and best practices
Ensure compliance with state regulations and evidence-based medicine
Support business growth through exceptional patient experiences

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about longevity, preventive medicine, and wellness
Confident making clinical decisions independently
Personable and able to build lasting patient relationships
Organized and detail-oriented
Excited to help grow a modern healthcare practice
Comfortable educating patients on lifestyle optimization
Interested in continuing education within HRT, peptides, and regenerative medicine
Understands the active gym lifestyle community

Experience in functional medicine is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong desire to learn.

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner License in New Jersey
Active DEA Registration
National NP Certification
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
