Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Swiss Screw Machine Operator. No prior experience in Swiss machining is required—we provide hands-on training. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in precision manufacturing.

What You’ll Do (After Training)

Operate Swiss-style CNC screw machines to produce small precision parts
Load raw material and monitor machines during operation
Perform basic part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges (training provided)
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Keep machines stocked with materials and maintain a clean workspace
Document production and quality data, along with machine maintenance logs
Perform routine maintenance for optimal machine performance
Recognize problems with parts and/or machines and help machinists troubleshoot issues and take corrective action
Work closely with experienced machinists to develop your skills

What We’re Looking For

No experience required—mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are key
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Able to read and understand basic blueprints
Ability to read basic measurements (rulers, gauges); we’ll teach the rest
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Basic math skills (measuring, counting, decimals)
Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment

No prior CNC or machining experience required.

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical work
Familiarity with tools or machinery
Interest in machining or technical trades
