Established (10+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Patent Litigation Associate for Patent Litigation in Millburn, NJ
An established firm based in New Jersey with over 10 years in practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with patent litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $200,000-$300,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Possesses a J.D. from an accredited law school
Holds an active license in New York/New Jersey or is eligible for admission
Has 2+ years of experience in patent litigation
Has experience with claim construction, motion practice, depositions, and discovery
Has strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Shows the ability to manage deadlines, collaborate with team members, and interact with clients
Has a technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering) or relevant industry experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of patent litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, memoranda, and litigation-related documents
Participate in depositions, hearings, and court conferences as appropriate
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and case management
Analyze technical materials and coordinate with experts when necessary
Communicate with clients and team members to advance case progress
