Full-Time | Seasonal Relocation | Carrots & Leafy Greens

Reports to: General Manager / Operations Director
ABOUT CAL FARMS
Cal Farms is a year-round fresh produce grower and packer operating across Oregon and Arizona, supplying carrots and leafy greens to major retail and foodservice customers nationwide. Our seasonal production model allows us to grow and pack fresh product twelve months a year, and our team follows the harvest between regions to maintain continuity in food safety, quality, and operational leadership.
POSITION SUMMARY
Cal Farms is seeking a hands-on Food Safety, Quality & Organic Compliance Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and organic compliance across our year-round carrot and leafy green operations. This is a working management role: the majority of time is spent on the production floor, in the packing facility, and in the field — auditing, training, verifying sanitation, monitoring water quality, and maintaining compliance with customer, regulatory, and third-party certification standards.
The role transitions seasonally between our Boardman, Oregon facility and our Roll/Yuma, Arizona facility, following production across both regions.
