Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Architectural Designer to join our team full-time in Boca Raton, Florida.
The position is currently primarily work-from-home, with in-person site visits and meetings as needed. We plan to transition to working from our Boca Raton office within the next 2–3 months, so candidates should be located in or near Boca Raton and comfortable with future in-office work.
You’ll work on both architectural and interior design for residential projects, including floor plans, 3D models, interior spaces, construction drawings, and presentation visuals.
You’ll work closely with our team throughout different stages of the design process and help develop projects from early concepts through more detailed design and documentation.
We’re looking for someone with a strong design eye who is organized, proactive, open to feedback, and excited to learn and grow within a small design studio.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in residential design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Layout, and Enscape
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual communication
- Basic understanding of residential construction, detailing, and building codes
- Strong design sense for both architectural and interior spaces
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and developing designs as part of a team
- Able to communicate clearly and work effectively both remotely and in person
- Located in or able to commute to Boca Raton for site visits, meetings, and future in-office work

Compensation
$56,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
