FLORIDA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER LICENSE REQUIRED

Become part of our team, providing community association management services with integrity and accountability to a diverse over 55 community. Our mission is to deliver community association management and service with integrity, professionalism, and accountability

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated licensed Community Association Manager who wants to be a part of an evolving team. You will oversee the daily operations and management of residential communities in Boynton Beach, Fl. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of management services, fostering positive relationships with residents, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating vibrant, well-managed communities. If hired, you will be a lead team member managing condominiums and/or HOAs within a centrally located a master association. Our team includes:

* other CAMs and assistant community association managers

* General Manager (CAM) responsible to the master board

* Office Manager (CAM) overseeing office functions, accounting, and general management

* Maintenance Director (CAM) overseeing property management functions on master and sub association properties

* Security Director, overseeing security at 7 gates and security for the master and sub associations

* an active CAB Board

This is a fast-paced office. Flexibility is a key to our success, and you must be able to multi-task. Our clients include both condominiums and HOAs (SIRS not required). Our team works in a single office on property – limited on-site travel. Position will report to the General Manager.

Requirements

· MUST HAVE A FL. STATE CAM LICENSE (please include licensure number with application)

· Prefer government administration and/or hospitality industry background

· Knowledge of TOPS/Enumerate helpful

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Excellent Customer Service skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Detail Oriented

· Ability to learn on the job
