Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated detail-oriented and highly organized individual; who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can independently manage estate planning client matters from drafting, to signing with great attention to detail and the ability to work with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with attorneys to ensure:

Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents
Maintain accurate matter tracking, workflow management, and follow-up using Clio CRM and case management systems
Ensure files are progressing efficiently from engagement through signing and funding

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-5 years of dedicated experience as a Paralegal
Strong background in estate planning
Exceptional drafting skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with case management systems (CLIO) and legal software
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
